1. 与孕产期保健服务紧密结合的艾滋病监测、随访服务
为所有艾滋病病毒感染孕产妇提供并加强孕期、产时及产后的常规保健和随访，尽早为其提供免费的CD4 T+淋巴细胞计数及病毒载量检测，了解孕产妇的疾病发展程度及免疫状况等。加强艾滋病相关症状体征监测，开展性传播疾病和机会性感染的筛查和治疗。
对选择终止妊娠的孕妇，提供人工终止妊娠服务，并给予有效的避孕及安全性行为指导。对选择继续妊娠的孕产妇，依据艾滋病相关检测及随访结果，提供相应的预防艾滋病母婴传播干预措施，提供营养或微量营养素支持、应用抗艾滋病病毒药物、动员住院分娩、进行喂养指导等。所有艾滋病病毒感染孕产妇妊娠终止后，转介到当地艾滋病综合防治体系继续追踪管理，同时提供避孕及安全性行为指导、心理支持、家庭防护指导等服务。对孕产期开始应用抗病毒药物的艾滋病病毒感染产妇进行评估，继续应用抗病毒药物或安全停药。
项目将为艾滋病病毒孕产妇接受孕产期保健、营养或微量营养素支持、CD4 T+淋巴细胞计数和病毒载量检测、以及其他相关干预措施（机会性感染治疗等）方面提供补助。
