1. 拆除主板（画中画、车辆接口、主继电器盘）。（见图 6-7）：
a. 拆下四个内六角螺钉，并轻轻地将PiP模块（件14）抬起，使插脚与车辆接口分开。
b. 车辆接口：拆下四个内六角螺钉（件22）。
c. 将用于固定同轴线接插器的接线器插脚拧下。按下固定音频接线器的夹子，压紧接线器弹簧，并将数据连接器从车辆接口板（件5）上拉出。
d. 为了对接线器进行定位（如图6-8所示），将用于固定蓝色带状接线器的薄片抬起，并从板上拉出。将接口板从箱体内提出来。
e. 主继电器：将用于固定主继电器盘（件4）的六个内六角螺钉（件53）拆下。
f. 将接线器从板上拉出。拆下主继电器盘。
注
通过执行步骤A、D、F和G，可以一次将整个板组拆下。
2. 电源板
a. 将8号Molex接线器与电源（件2）分开。拆下四个内六角螺钉（件53），并将电源板拆下。

1. Main boards (picture-in-picture, vehicle interface, main relay board) removal. (See Figure 6-7):
a. Remove four (4) socket head screws and gently lift PiP module (Item 14) up separating pins from the vehicle interface.
b. Vehicle Interface: Remove the four (4) socket head screws (Item 22).
c. Unscrew connector pins holding coax connector. Depress clip holding audio connector and squeeze connector spring and pull data connector away from vehicle interface board (Item 5).
d. For location of connectors (see Figure 6-8), lift up tabs holding blue ribbon connector and pull away from board. Lift interface board out of housing.
e. Main Relay: Remove six (6) socket head screws (Item 53) holding main relay board (Item 4).
f. Pull connectors to separate from board. Remove main relay board.
NOTE
Entire board stack can be removed at one time by performing steps A, D, F, and G.
2. Power Supply Board
a. Separate connector, Molex No. 8 from power supply (Item 2). Remove four (4) socket head screws (Item 53) and remove board.
