6-4.4. 摄像机装置和离合器调节
A. 监测摄像机装置
        该装置包括两个子部件：摄像机/变焦装置及摄像机摇摆和倾斜装置。
        该装置通过摇摆转螺与车辆摄像机柱相连。拆下监测摄像机装置时，拧下摇摆转螺并断开接线器连接。通过拆下四个螺钉可将摄像机/变焦装置从摇摆/倾斜装置上拆下

B. 通过松开紧固螺母螺钉并旋转紧固螺母可对摇摆和倾斜的滑动离合器进行调整，顺时针旋转紧固螺母可将滑动离合器变紧，逆时针则变松。必须对离合器进行调整，直到电动机开始反向驱动为止。在对离合器进行调整时，必须将电动机引出线与夹子引线或一根电线并联。
        在不将监测摄像机装置从底盘上拆下的情况下，将摄像机和变焦距镜头拆下是有可能的。这可通过将摄像机外壳盖拆下而实现，变焦距镜头/摄像机是连在外壳盖上的。接线盒位于摄像机的背部。

6-4.5. 夹具/腕辊装置
        通过拆下四个10-24螺钉（用于将夹具和腕辊装置固定在上臂管上），并断开位于上臂管内部的接线盒，可将夹具和腕辊装置从操纵臂上拆下。

6-4.4.  Camera Assemblies and Clutch Adjustment
 
A.  Surveillance Camera Assembly
The assembly includes two subassemblies, the camera/zoom assembly and the camera pan and tilt assembly.
 
The assembly is attached to the vehicle camera post by the pan knob.  Loosen the pan knob and disconnect the connector to remove the surveillance camera assembly.  The camera/zoom assembly is removed from the pan/tilt assembly by removing four screws.
 
B.  The pan and tilt slip clutches are adjusted by loosening the clamp nut screw and turning the clamp nut clockwise to tighten the clutch and counter clockwise to loosen it.  The clutch must be adjusted until the motor starts to back-drive.  The motor leads must be shunted together with clip leads or a piece of wire while adjusting the clutch.
 
It is possible to remove the camera and zoom lens without detaching the surveillance camera assembly from the chassis.  This is accomplished by removing the camera enclosure cover to which the zoom lens/camera are attached.  Electrical connectors are located on the back of the camera.
 
6-4.5.  Gripper / Wrist Roll Assembly.  The gripper and wrist roll assembly can be removed from the manipulator arm by removing the four (4) 10-24 screws that attach it to the upper arm tube and disconnecting the electrical connectors located inside the upper arm tube.
