《山西省闻喜县寺沟铜矿普查地质报告》
        评审意见书
        通过公开拍卖取得探矿权后，张韩勤委托中条山有色金属集团有限公司对本区开展了地质普查工作，编写了《山西省闻喜县寺沟铜矿普查地质报告》（简称《报告》）。该《报告》于2006年11月10日送达山西省地质矿产科技评审中心，评审中心由郭有录任专家组组长，与薛克勤、汪汉雨组成专家组，依据《矿产资源储量评审认定办法》、《固体矿产资源/储量分类》、《固体矿产地质勘查/矿山闭坑地质报告编写规范》、《铜、铅、锌、银、镍、钼矿地质勘查规范》等及相关文件，对《报告》进行了评审，并于2006年11月24日召开会议，参加会议的有专家组成员及编制单位的有关同志。

        评审会议期间，《报告》编制单位全面介绍了《报告》的内容，专定宣读了评审意见，与会人员充分交换了意见。会后，编制单位对《报告》进行了修改、补充，于2007年3月25日将修改稿送评审中心复审通过。评审意见如下：

Review of Geological Survey Report of Sigou Copper Deposit in Wenxi County, Shanxi Province

After obtaining the exploration license by public sanction, Zhang Hanqin entrusted the Zhong Tiao Shan Non-ferrous Metal Group Corporation Limited to conduct a geological survey in this mining area, and the Geological Survey Report of Sigou Copper deposit in Wenxi County, Shanxi province (simply as the Report) was compiled. The Report was sent to Shanxi Science and Technology Review Center for Geological Minerals at Nov. 10th in 2006. The review expert panel had the Guo Youlu as leader; members were Xue Keqin and Wang Hanyu. The Report was evaluated based on the Review and Determination Method of Mineral Reserve, Resource- /Reserve Classification of Solid Minerals, Geological Report Preparation Regulations for Geological Survey of Solid Mineral/ Close of Mine, Geological survey regulation of Cu, Pb, Zn, Ag, Ni, Mo deposit and other related regulations. A meeting was held at Nov. 24th in 2006, review panel and report compilers attended.

During the meeting, compiling unit comprehensively introduced the Report. Experts announced the evaluation review opinions, and exchanged opinions with participants. After the meeting, compilers modified, supplemented the Report, and submitted the modified version to Review Center at March 25th 2007 and passed the final evaluation.
