5.6.3 设备分项报价表
标段A：水轮机及其附属设备
5.6.3.1 投标人应按表5.6A-1-1（以下简称“本表”）的内容和格式编制填写设备分项报价表，本表的小计金额应与表5.6A-1《投标报价汇总表》中第1项的各项金额一致。
5.6.3.2 本表按＃4水轮机及其附属设备填报，若仅填写＃4机即认为其它3台机的价格与此相同。若有不同，投标人应单独填报，并在投标报价汇总表中清晰列出。
5.6.3.3 本表中所列全部分项设备和部件均符合招标文件的要求，且为完整的成套合同设备。
5.6.3.4 本表中“随机材料”项包括按本招标文件《技术条款》中规定应由投标人提供的设备在工地焊接所需的焊条、焊丝及焊剂，设备在工地进行表面涂层修补和装饰所需的涂料，随设备提供的基础材料及润滑油、润滑脂等及其附加量。
5.6.3.5 本表中“安装和试验中的易损件”项包括合同设备安装和试验过程中可能损坏的易损件。此项不计算在表5.6A-1-2规定的备品备件的范围内。
5.6.3.6 本表中“其它”项，投标人必须根据招标文件的规定详细填报投标人认为是合同设备成套必需的而在本表中未列出的设备部件、配套件等。若未列齐全，招标人在评标期间可要求投标人补齐，投标人不得追加费用。凡属于一台套完整的合同设备成套所需的、虽在本表中未列项或数量缺漏的任何设备、部件及材料等，其所需全部费用均视为已包含在本表中的“其它”项的单价和合价中。
5.6.3.7 本表中第（23）项和（24）项第5）条的“自动化元件”的各项金额与表5.6A-1-1-1小计的各项金额一致。

5.6.3 Breakdown of bid price of the equipments
Bid Section A: Hydraulic turbine and its auxiliary equipment
5.6.3.1 The bidder shall prepare and fill out breakdown of bid price the equipment according to the content and form specified in Table 5.6A-1-1 (the table), where sub-total amounts shall be consistent with corresponding amounts set out in first item of summary of bid price.
5.6.3.2 The price for ＃4 hydraulic turbine and its accessories shall be provided in the table. In case only the price of ＃4 hydraulic turbine and its accessories is provided, it shall be deemed that other three machines bear the same price. If any difference exists, it shall be specially set out in the table and clearly listed in summary of bid price.
5.6.3.3 All item equipments and components stated in the table conform to the requirements of tender document and are complete sets of contract equipments.
5.6.3.4 Random materials stated in the table include the welding wire and rod and welding flux necessary for site welding supplied by the bidder specified in Technical Terms of tender document, coating material necessary for surface coat repair and decoration of site equipment and basic materials, lubricating oil, lubricating grease and additional number supplied with the equipments.
5.6.3.5 Wear parts during the installation and test stated in the table include potential damaged parts during equipment installation and test. This item is not covered by the spare parts stated in table 5.6A-1-2.
5.6.3.6 Item other shall be filled out by the bidder according to the specification of tender document with equipment components and support parts which is not listed in the table but necessary for complete set of contract equipment. In case of incomplete components and support parts involved in the table, the tenderee may require the bidder to make supplement while no additional expenses shall be claimed by the bidder. For any equipment, component and material necessary for one complete set of contract equipment, which is not listed or without relevant number in the table, it shall be deemed that all necessary expenses have been included in unit price and total price of item other in the table.
5.6.3.7 Each amount in item 23 and clause automatic element under item 5 shall be consistent with corresponding sub-total amount in table 5.6A-1-1-
