5.6.10 技术服务费及其它费用分项报价表

5.6.10.1 投标人应按表5.6A-1-7（以下简称“本表”）的内容和格式的要求填报技术服务费及其它费用分项报价表，本表的合计金额应与表5.6A-1《投标报价汇总表》中第7项的金额一致。
5.6.10.2 本表中的技术服务费是指投标人按本招标文件的规定为提供本合同规定的全部技术服务所需发生的全部费用（包括税费），总价承包。
5.6.10.3 本表中的招标人在投标人工厂的培训费是指投标人按本招标文件的规定为提供本合同规定的全部招标人在投标人工厂的技术培训所需发生的全部费用（包括税费）。
5.6.10.4 本表中的协调费是指投标人按本招标文件的规定为完成本合同规定的全部协调工作和责任所需发生的全部费用（包括税费）。
5.6.10.5 本表中的“其它费用”是指投标人认为在本表中未列明，而在合同履行过程中必须发生且按招标文件规定应由投标人承担的有关全部费用（包括税费）。凡对于本表中未列项目或数量缺漏的，但的确是工程所必需任何的技术服务或其他工作等所需全部费用（包括税费）均已视为包含在“其它费”中。

5.6.10 Quoted price breakdown form of technical service charges and other charges
Bid Section A: Hydraulic turbine and its auxiliary equipment
5.6.10.1 The Bidder shall fill in quoted price breakdown form of technical service and other expenses according to the content and format requirements in table 5.6 A-1-7 (hereafter called “this table” for short). The total money in this table shall be consistent with the price of item 7 in table 5.6 A-1, Collecting List for Bidding Quoted Price.
5.6.10.2 Technical service charges in this table refer to all charges (including taxes) for the Bidder to provide all technical services regulated in the contract according to the regulations in the bidding documents, total price contract.
5.6.10.3 The training charges for the Tenderee at the Bidder’s factory refer to all charges (including taxes) for the Bidder to provide technical training for all of the Tenderees at the Bidder’s factory regulated in the contract according to the regulations in the bidding documents.
5.6.10.4 The charges for coordinating refer to all charges (including taxes) for the Bidder to perform all coordinating work and take responsibilities regulated in the contract according to the regulations in the bidding documents.
5.6.10.5 The item of “miscellaneous” in this table refers to all charges (including taxes) that are necessary for enforcing the contract and shall be taken by the Bidder according to the regulations in the bidding documents. All charges (including taxes) for technical services and other work of the items not listed in this table or missed quantity when they are necessary for the project will be regarded as included in “miscellaneous”.
