II. In Afghanistan, the “Al Qaeda” and the residual members of the Talibans have become active again, attacking such targets as the Afghanistan authorities, international security forces and international organizations in Afghanistan under the banner of resistance against the US Army, resulting in heavy casualties.

 

What is particularly serious is that Iraq, occupied by the US Army, is also becoming a new source of terrorist activities. After the completionconclusion of the main battleswar in Iraq, a large number of international terrorists flocked into Iraq, and continuously perpetrateding terrorist actsincidents with the local resistance organizations.
